my stay at hilton garden was really enjoyable! the location was perfect, being close to churchill downs and the louisville football stadium. the indoor pool was a nice feature to relax in, and i loved that there was a free shuttle to the tractor show next door. the staff was friendly, especially the shuttle driver. i also appreciated the free greenmount coffee in the lobby.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and found the location perfect for visiting nearby attractions like Churchill Downs. The indoor pool was a hit with my family, and I truly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service that saved us parking fees. However, I wish breakfast was included with my stay, as it felt a bit pricey at $12.

I was blown away by the staff at this place. They were genuinely attentive and made sure we were taken care of, one of the servers was so nice, kept our drinks full and gave us tips on what to do. My kids loved the spacious room, and the shuttle service to the expo center was an unexpected bonus, made things a whole lot easier for us.

I waited too long for someone to come address the AC problem, which impacted my overall comfort. Despite these inconveniences, the food options were enjoyable, particularly the breakfast. It was varied and satisfying, yet I noticed the breakfast pricing felt a bit steep compared to other spots I've stayed at. I believe more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the experience here.

The staff went above and beyond to, especially the lovely manager who greeted us with a big smile! We were delighted to discover the complimentary shuttle to local attractions-it made attending events so much easier. Our King Room was super spacious, allowing us to kick back and enjoy our stay!

Awesome staff and comfy beds!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! I ordered room service, and even though the ribs were a bit dry, they replaced it quickly with no fuss—now that's great customer service! Also, those beds are a dream, I slept like a baby. Just wish the microwave area had better lighting.
